Rat Depot turns three! To celebrate three years of nonsense, they’re returning to Archive for a really special event….

Join us to watch an absolute classic: Brad Bird’s Ratatouille (2007), accompanied by a four-course vegan set menu, served during the film! Ratatouille follows a young aspiring chef on his journey to working in a kitchen in the culinary capital of the world, Paris. The only problem is, he’s a forking rat. Ratatouille is rated a PG for comic violence and and mild bad language.

Their chef Holly Pickles has worked for eight years as a chef across Manchester, with a passion for reducing food waste and working in a sustainable way. From events, workshops, pop-ups, pickle clubs and private bookings, Holly is the genuine article…and your chef for the evening. You can follow her on Instagram here!

Our vegan menu

First course – Smoked mushroom and rosemary pate with locally sourced baguette

Second course – Accident Soup (Leek and Potato)

Fourth course – Macerated strawberries and chocolate ganache

Accompanying this gorgeous feast, their resident rat Josh Carter will be back on design duty with a stunning Ratatouille poster, and other goodies for you to get your hands on. As if that wasn’t enough, they will be hosting their typical ratty raffle for even more prizes up for grabs!
