Echelon Coffee Cupping Session 01

Have you ever wondered how Echelon choose their excellent coffees? Wonder no more! They use an industry-standard assessment protocol called cupping (stop sniggering), to taste and compare different beans until they find the one that is just right for them.

Cupping is a way of evaluating the characteristics of a particular coffee and comparing flavour and quality of different beans. It is coffee in its basic form, and great way to understand how flavour changes depending on origin, region, process, farm and more.
